MICHELLE HENRY
After the Poetry
2016 - 2017
This series explores the love, beauty and longing that exist in the process of aging and dying. Beyond the first flushes of a new love; beyond the lustful encounters, these intimate flower portraits with titles borrowed from the likes of Robert Browning, Emily Bronte and Christina Rossetti express the love that persists after the initial poetry has passed.
